Before I became a therapist and a coach, I was the person in the friend-group that people would confide in or come to for guidance or support. From a young age I had a lot of practice with introspection, relationships, and identity, giving me perspective and life experiences much sooner than the rest of my peers. I was adopted from China by a Jewish-American family, and my relationships were often questioned because I don’t look like either of my parents. Luckily my adoption was always an open conversation in my family and my introspection and curiosity with human psychology and behavior only grew as I did.
By the age of nine my body had matured and developed the ability to create life. Unfortunately my mind and my ability to comprehend what was happening to me did not mature as quickly; although I was quite perceptive. I noticed that adults started telling me what I could and could not wear; older women started policing my behavior and interactions with boys; and boys started showing more interest in me. And so, with the maturity of a nine-year-old girl, one of my first core-beliefs was formed: women are controlling and judgmental, while boys are nice and appreciate me. It wasn’t until my twenties that I began to challenge and unlearn that belief.
This is all to say, I’ve accumulated a wealth of knowledge through my formal/clinical education, through living life/personal experience, and through personal growth/development courses. I continue learning more everyday from my clients and continuing education. This work changed my life. Now it’s my privilege to support you in changing yours. I’d be honored to walk beside you
I know how it feels to live a life that feels “good enough” but not fulfilling or meaningful. I know how it feels to be trapped in belief-systems that are obsolete and/or even harmful. I know how completely terrifying it feels to take a leap of faith without knowing what’s on the other side.

Because we can’t heal what we can’t see, healing starts by gaining insight and understanding into our patterns and limiting beliefs that keep us repeating familiar cycles. Once we understand the narratives holding us back and start healing the wounds that perpetuate our fear-based conditioning, we are given an opportunity to make choices that will change the trajectory of our lives.
From pattern to power. Transformation is not light work, it’s alchemy. It asks you to outgrow a scarcity mindset in order to make room for abundance. It requires letting go of old beliefs, grieving past versions of who we’ve been, and sacrificing control for trust and surrender.
Alignment means living in integrity with who truly are and allowing yourself to adjust and pivot when you need to. This is arguably the most difficult because it involves external changes as well as internal. To live in alignment also requires letting go of what feels misaligned.
If you’re ready to unlearn the conditioning, rewrite the rules, and create a blueprint for a life that’s designed in alignment with who you truly are - let's dive right in!
